Skilled Visa

Subclass 191 - Skilled Regional Visa

 

This Visa is for applicants who are living, working, and studying in regional areas of Australia. It grants the holder Permanent Residency in Australia and allows multiple entries to Australia for 5 years. Applicants must be in Australia at the time of application and when the Visa is granted.

Conditions:

  • Currently in Australia on an eligible Visa (such as Subclass 491 or 494).
  • Have lived and worked in regional Australia for at least 3 years and demonstrate taxable income at or above a specified income threshold for at least 3 years.
  • Both the primary applicant and dependents must comply with the conditions of their current Visa.
