Processing time for migration cases at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal

The Administrative Appeal Tribunal has recently published the processing time for migration cases which were finalised between 01/12/21 and 31/05/22.

For Partner visa review applications, it may take about 3 years to finalise at the AAT. We understand that the process may take time and be confusing, it is best to contact us when you want to have you Departmental decision reviewed.
