WHY IS THE RATE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE OFTEN HIGHER DURING THE ART WAITING PROCESS?
Below are the personal views of JL Migration & Education, and it is hoped that these perspectives will help you understand why the rate of domestic violence often increases during the Administrative Appeals Tribunal waiting process.
1.LONG WAITING TIMES FOR THE TRIBUNAL HEARING:
The waiting time for the tribunal hearing is often quite long (some cases may last 2 years or longer). Therefore, conflicts often arise between the Sponsor and the Applicant. Generally, the Applicants are more likely to be abused.
2.PRESSURE AND DELAYS:
Financial pressures, family life issues, etc and delays in personal plans (such as having a baby or buying a house) can lead to disharmony in the relationship between the Sponsor and the Applicant.
3.BLAMING EACH OTHER:
The Sponsor and the Applicant often blame each other for the refusal which required them to apply for the ART application, causing a suffocating family environment and a lack of harmony.
Therefore, Clients need to stay calm and seek assistance from reputable migration firms to support them during the ART process.
