To become a registered Migration Agent in Australia, you need to undergo a rigorous process of training and assessment. Firstly, you must hold a bachelor’s degree (in any field). Then, you need to complete the post-graduate course named “Graduate Diploma of Migration Law and Practice” – a program lasting from 1 to 1.5 years specializing in Australian Migration Law. Next, you have to achieve a minimum IELTS score of 7.0 (no skills below 6.5), have a clear criminal record, purchase the Professional Indemnity Insurance and most importantly pass the final exam called Capstone.
This is not an easy exam to pass, especially in 2020 when Mr. Lee Paris – Registered Migration Agent – took the test. At that time, the passing rate was only around 20%, meaning only 20 out of every 100 candidates successfully passed. The Registered Migration Agent Lee has successfully passed the Capstone exam on his first attempt, while many candidates had to take the exam multiple times to succeed.
Graduating as a General Practitioner in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Lee Paris was once dedicated to the mission of physical healing. Upon transitioning to the role of Registered Migration Agent, he continued his journey of healing – this time with the wounds of Visas, trust and hope of the Clients.
