Know your migration agent

𝐈𝐅 𝐀 𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐀 𝐈𝐒 𝐑𝐄𝐅𝐔𝐒𝐄𝐃,
𝐂𝐀𝐍 𝐀 𝐑𝐄𝐆𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐌𝐈𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐀𝐆𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐔𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐋𝐄 𝐈𝐓?

The answer is yes. In the event that your application is unfortunately refused by The Department of Home Affairs, the Registered Migration Agent can still assist you by providing appropriate strategic advice on the next steps. Depending on the specific circumstances, this could involve an Appeal to the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART), resubmitting the application with additional evidence, or preparing a request for Ministerial Intervention if special conditions are met.

For the Registered Migration Agent to continue representing you, your consent is required through the signing of Form 956 – the Official Authorization Form between the Registered Migration Agent and the Client.

With practical experience in handling refused applications, the Team at JJL Migration & Education - particularly our Registered Migration Agent - Mr. Lee Paris - is always ready to stand by you during the most challenging stages.
