Clause 8531
![]() |
Clause 8531 requires that you do not stay in Australia beyond the expiry of your granted Visa. If you are unable to leave Australia as planned, you must apply for a new Visa before your current Visa expires. |
| If you are also subject to condition 8503 (No Further Stay), you must seek a waiver before submitting a new application. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as travel restrictions, the Australian Department of Home Affairs will consider these situations when processing future Visa applications or sponsorships. | ![]() |
