Clause 8531

	Clause 8531 requires that you do not stay in Australia beyond the expiry of your granted Visa. If you are unable to leave Australia as planned, you must apply for a new Visa before your current Visa expires.
If you are also subject to condition 8503 (No Further Stay), you must seek a waiver before submitting a new application. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as travel restrictions, the Australian Department of Home Affairs will consider these situations when processing future Visa applications or sponsorships.
